The Victorian 29er State Championships is the premier event on the Victorian 29er racing calendar. Held annually, it brings together the best 29er sailors from across the state to compete for the coveted state title.
The event is open to all registered Victorian 29er sailors and provides a fantastic opportunity for sailors of all abilities to test themselves against the best in the state.
What You Need to Know
Eligibility
Open to all sailors registered with the Victorian 29er Association and holding a current Yachting Australia membership.
Format
Racing follows the standard 29er class rules. A minimum of five races must be completed for a valid championship.
Prizes
Trophies awarded to the top three overall finishers, plus division prizes. The overall winner is awarded the State Championship trophy.
